Service Description

Rewards Drama offers monthly support packages! Are you an actor, singer or performer? Do you need some coaching to brush up on your skills or to nail your audition? Do you have a performance coming up or need to be on-camera and want some professional feedback and guidance? Ideal for those who need a bit of professional guidance on a particular project or presentation, or who have done some training and want ongoing support as they practice putting the skills into practice and master your craft. The Monthly Support Package begins with a one hour online consultation where your desired outcomes are discussed. The monthly package includes unlimited email access (for one individual) to us for one month to help put you on the right path. We will provide professional feedback via email on as many videos or presentations as you like, and one-on-one guidance. Please note that if you are looking for more sessions than a single or you are after actual training/coaching, you will need to contact us to arrange. This package is a support and guidance package and is designed for those who have already received professional training but would like the personalised feedback and guidance on a particular project or up-coming presentation. You will need access to the following: - Computer, Tablet, or Mobile Phone - Internet access that is fast and stable - Microphone/Headset - Webcam When booking online services, please make sure that you account for time differences. All days and times are listed in AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time). Please note, this package is for one individual only.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and therefore allow rescheduling of a session. Please notify at least 48 hrs prior if you need to reschedule an online meeting/coaching session so that it doesn't expire unused. Please note that only one re-schedule per session is permitted. Corporate packages, conferences, in-house and group training have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the policies in the contracts for these.
